Greetings,

Welcome to the November edition of your favorite fleet newsletter! Seems strange that we're in November already, but I don't really have any control over that, so don't address comments on it to me. Anyway, unfortunately I have mixed news to report in this NL (read here: not all of the news is good).

I'll give you the bad news first. Normally some sort of choice is offered about that, but this time I'm making the choice for you. Unfortunately, I've had to mark General Remarda "Python" Jundun AWOL. I've been unable to reach Python for quite some time, which is somewhat problematic since he is RSM CO. Also unfortunate, quite a bit of the RSM roster is marked AWOL. For those of you members of RSM that are actually active, please let me know if you have ANY information on Python. Those who are interested in leadership in RSM, at least intermediately, please also contact me. It is imperative to the future of RSM that it have some sort of command structure.

The good news is that the RF opened another division this month. As I'm sure you all read in the special announcement, Xaver Guard went live under the leadership of General Adam "Vender" Fene. They're a hardcore group, but if you think you have what it takes to be an uber-member, contact Vender!
In other good news, Ghost Squadron has taken a step closer to beginning its tour. Ghost members spontaneously began a nice running fiction about their meeting on their future home vessel.
The last bit of noteworthy information is that Kenobi Group has had a request to design a storyline, and so they have begun working on exactly the kind of job they were designed to do.

The webpage is currently up-to-date, featuring updated member totals and a new blurb about Xaver Guard. Also of note, I've put up a new banner on the /index page that was made by former RFXO John "Speedy" Gonzalez. John was kind enough to create several banners for the RS that can be viewed at http://members.directvinternet.com/johnnygonzalez/classic_banners.htm The one I selected for our page is fairly appropriate for the STC, as I'm sure those who have played Galactic Battlegrounds against Ben can attest.

There are no promotions for the CS this month.

I'm very proud of how well certain divisions in the fleet are doing. But, as often happens, some divisions need to pick up the pace and get back on track. The reason we're here is to do things and have fun doing them, people. Let's not forget that!

Reach for the stars, and you will find that you can often catch them!
